TBHD1M (MS25441-1 qualified) remote hydraulic crimp head is a large gauge crimp tool to be used in conjunction with an air supply pump. The TBHD1M exerts 12 tons of crimp force and extends the range of crimping capabilities to 4/0 AWG conductors in military/aerospace applications, and 750 MCM applications on commercial systems.
The TBHD1M accepts the HD002 (MS23002), HD485 (MS90485), HD442 (MS25442), and Boeing ST 2354 die combinations. The recommended hydraulic pump is the HPU11M air over hydraulic powered pump. Daniels also manufacturers 2 manual hydraulic pumps HPU15M (foot pump) and HPU12M (hand pump) as well as a battery-powered pump, HPU13M.
