Swaging Tools

DMC provides a compact and versatile swaging tool to support swaging needs in the aerospace, medical, transportation, OEM, and other industries. Our tool covers the range of cable diameters between 1/16” to ¼”. And is designed to be used on ball end and sleeve-type terminals. Swaging is the process of forming a tight and secure connection between a fitting and cable. In aircraft and spacecraft applications, swaged connections are preferred over other types of connections like soldering or welding because they provide a more reliable and durable connection. DMC offers a variety of interchangeable dies for swaging and cutting that are designed to withstand high pressure and repeated use.
