Outgassed LaceLok® is now available for space applications. Outgassed LaceLok® has been tested using ASTM E595-15(2021), Standard Test Method for Total Mass Loss, and Collected Volatile Condensable Materials from Outgassing in a Vacuum Environment. Per the requirements of ASTM E595-15(2021) and NASA Technical Standard MSFC-SPEC-1443, the Total Mass Loss (TML) is < 1% and the Collected Volatile Condensable Material (CVCM) is < 0.10% after the outgassing process. The part number prefix for outgassed LaceLok® is SLF2 and is available in all lengths and colors.
